					<description>Man, I have to agree about the REPS magazine and a buddy was telling me about the full body workout.   The only thing is REPS comes out quarterly so I may have to cheat on REPS too until they have them come out more frequently.   Funny azz blog!!</description>

					<description>Congrats on the awesome progress! I dropped sizes so fast that I had to get a new wardrobe for work and play - expensive but necessary. Did some alterations, but didn't look right. Gave away a LOT of clothes, suits, etc. I'm ready to drop some more, but seem to be stuck. Hang in there and keep up the good work!</description>
