Coping with Infidelity….lol
Going on a couple of weeks now seem like I hit a plateau. In the gym the workouts have been mediocre. I would go in work my specific body part throw the cardio in and be out still not feeling like I did anything or at least half a**. Normally I have been faithful to "muscle&fitness" and wouldn’t look other places but recently I slipped up and looked at another Magazine…"REP’s" and I liked it ALOT!!! I feel so dirty, "HELP ME". I got a lot of good information out of it and not to mention a new workout to try. Reading it I think I might also subscribe to them just to try and switch things up. Just this weekend I went off to New Orleans to the infamous Bourbon St. and kind of let down my guards or better yet my eating somewhat/clean/healthy or whatever you want to try and call it….lol all this right before my trip to Puerto Rico…Dangit(your killin me smallz).I gained like 6lbs in one day. Not that I was drinking or eating late on that infamous street or anything cause I don’t do that type of stuff. To try and recoop I downed the superpump250 yesterday and went into the gym pumped and not to mention motivated with my new workout. For the past couple of months I have been isolating and working one or two body parts per day. Out of my new “REPs” Mag I got a full body routine that I said I was going to do. My thing on full body parts is that how can you accomplish anything if you only working the body part for a couple of sets and that’s it. Goes to show you how much I know . After saying to myself im going to try this out and go all out with it. So all in all after hitting each body part and going hard at the end of the day I worked off my extra poundage from the weekend and actually left the gym thinking I got something accomplished. I am looking forward and found a new sense of motivation to keep up my new workout since it does feel like a pretty good change of pace. Whoooohoooooo…..1….2…3…..4…uno….

Wow, no shout out to the fact I had been saying this all year. You’re talking about friggin’ REPS magazine.
LMAO … obviously Mike must not know what he’s talking about so I’ll listen to this new rag instead.

haha…hilarious your killin me!!! Mike you wanted me to do some superinsane..I’m a big person in a small body flexible type stuff..lol I apologize,im sorry Props to mike you have been preaching to me about the full body workouts and i just didnt take your more than worthy advice. But since you went on an hiatus on a brother i had to try something..lol

Man, I have to agree about the REPS magazine and a buddy was telling me about the full body workout. The only thing is REPS comes out quarterly so I may have to cheat on REPS too until they have them come out more frequently. Funny azz blog!!
