superpump-NO-250
So just recently in town "The Vitamin Shoppe" just opened up they were having a grand opening sale. So they have the 250g of superpump250 on sale for a fairly good price. Wanted to always try it out and see how it was since i always hear about how good the product is. This was on Sat so i made it up in my mind that i was going to wati until mon to try it out. For the two days im excited about getting to finally try out the superpump. On mon i come to work cant wait to get off so i can down me some superpump250. Im thinkin in my head ok its mon my gym is always crowded on mon but just maybe ……just maybe this one mon its not going to be since i got me some superpump250 and get to try it out. I come to a conclusion since i have neglected the chest for the past couple of days other than my morning push-ups, i was going to hit chest and go at it……hahahaaha YEA RIGHT. I take my supp 30 -45 mins before heading to the gym I go bouncing and diddy bopping up to the gym and WHAT THE…….When i say everybody and their momma(not mother…this country term but momma) was in the gym i mean everybody was in there. I was like mannnn. Things started to go down hill from there. I figured maybe if i do a couple of mins of cardio then people would start to clear out and then i could get to some of the equipment. Sike your mind fooled me. I m trying to hit the chest and all the equipment was taken and when i did get to one I had to wait bout 15 mins which through my focus off. After this went on for about an hour i just got pissed and hit the abs and left.I didn’t feel that workout was too productive. So all in all know that chest days should not be done on mon cause thats when everyone is thinking the same thing. I was still a little krunk and mad driving home i decided to utilize my 24 hour gym. Hit my other gym up just did cardio but all in all my whole day went down the drain . I really didnt get to benefit from my good ol 250…….

Super Pump 250 is da bomb!!!!!!!! I love that stuff. I use it daily!!!

Hey man I feel you thats the very reason I quit doing chest on Mondays. What I do now is legs on Monday, and chest on Friday. Everybody knows Monday is International chest day. Good luck man

lol…yea i figured it out the hard way im going to have to go back to the drawing board and switch up the splits. The days at least.

You could also hit chest Mon AM. At 6AM it’s a ghost town in the gym. The key is to focus, hit your spots & get the h*ll out. Take Care

I love SP250…I never train without it! It sucks that you didnt get to really do your thing. Nothing is worse than a crowded gym and not being able to get into the zone!

Also, most of the people I’ve talked to have had good results with SuperPump 250. Simple L-arginine will work if your on the cheap and use it 2-3 times weekly for your heaviest workouts(back, legs, chest)

Haven’t tried the superpump, yet. But it sounds like you ran into some of the New Year’s resolution people. Don’t worry, most of them will be done by March 1. (lol). Same at my gym.
