muaaaaah…muaaaaaaaah <———-(Dr. Evil Laugh) What the F……why am i up at 2 something in the morning. Def don’t want to turn to ESPN this early and start my ESPN cycle (for die hard sportscenter fans you know what i mean,start watching sportscenter early and keep watching it over and over and you cant stop even though you know you already done seen the same highlights for about 2 whole hours…lol)and hear about how DUKE almost lost to D@mn Rhode Island(hope this isn’t a preview of future madness for the “CAMERON CRAZIES”) yea yea #1UNC suppose to take it all whatever..i hate you UNC I hate you lose ..DOWN…DOWN… DOwn…UNC ’s going down!!!,ok my fault blacked out for a min,but i’m back. Instead I turn to Lilo and Stitch not sure why but cartoons always relax’s me and puts me to sleep (am i too old to still be watching cartoons,shhh don’t tell no one) But they make me so Happy..lol Ok Ok let’s get back on track…so Sunday I hit up the gym and threw the back routine in. I normally haven’t/never worked my back. Seeing as being a member of bodybuilding.com I have come to learn and gain info as to many things that you need to do in order to get the full body transformation that you seek. I sound like Bruce Lee Roy off of “THE LAST DRAGON” B.O.L.O the remake coming soon!!! ,sorry just a useless side note. But back to my thoughts. Just started to incorporate the back…now in the past don’ know what the heck i was thinking about when I didn’t feel the need to work body parts such as my shoulders,back,calves, and def the obliques ahhahaha. Since coming into contact with a lot of great people on this site and not to mention great motivation and excellent tips I have started to focus more on a full body workout. Which leads me to my current state of mind normally I would just work chest , bi’s/tri’s, and legs and do cardio to drop the weight. Seeing as how much I liked the feeling/results and soreness of my back after a good routine I believe it’s time to revamp the whole workout scheme. I will be including the back ….shoulders…and all other parts in which i believed to be misc. So with that said the reason why am i still up ..I do have the urge to head to the 24 hours(ANYTIME) gym in which I think im bout to do as soon as i get off this computer. Need to kick the workout into high gear and get out of this slump so I think i will do a two a day today just to try something new,heck i’m already up anyway. All in all just would like to give a shout-out to all the Most Excellent/Great/ and Splendiferous people that I have made great aquaintance’s (is that a word,you know it’s late)with. Just want to say THanks and appreciate your advice and not to mention all the comments in which help keep me motivated(sniffle) I LOVE you folks..whooohooo there i said it(had a little moment there,tissue please) With that said with everyone’s workouts and training I hope they go well and our cause speeds on it’s way!!!! GOod LUCK,HOpe U WIn!!!!!
