Weekends….

Cancun coming …Cancun coming…….!!! You know what weekends suck. Worked out and did the eating right thing all week. Then in like 2 days everything that you worked and focused on can go down the drain. Cancun is coming up…did the shopping thing, bought the new shirts to wear. THen all of sudden the "DEVIL" calls.You look at it every morining and dread stepping on it at the end of the week. Just jumped out of the shower and there it was calling me……its nite time and i hear people say that you shouldn’t weight yourself at nite. But i was like forget it (can’t possibly be that bad),then the adrenaline kicked in and i was like im curious im going to jump on it. GO GO GO …….Dang awwww H…E….Double hockey sticks. all that work during the week DOWN THE DRAIN. THIS SUCKX!!!! Work and Mon coming up ….where is the motivation going to come from this week. I did head to the gym did the elliptical while watching the womens USA basketball team play(side note: Seimone Augustus- she might be my fav WNBA player behind lindsay harding,Alana Beard(Let’s Go DUke)) oh yea I watch it all i don’t discriminate….But all in all I’m thinking i have to do better and stop getting so relaxed on the weekends get a workout and eating schedule and stick with it. UkNooooo

Venting…….

HAHA…..think it might be time to vent a little bit. Starting off by saying “TIRED”. I’ll go with tired just in general. This new place of residency is not up to par. Still trying to get situated I guess. Relocation , new job, and “NO PICKUP GAMES for BASKETBALL” that was one of my major ,major outlets to relieve stress. I guess i talked about my YMCA that i left behind, now i think i probly took it for granted, had my set schedule and routine. Think i might actually be having withdrawal from my everyday counterparts who i use to associate with every morning before i got the good ole’ workout on.Now I have come to realize that I use to talk and look at them each morning to help motivate me. Now in my new area of living been having hard time finding a decent gym, Getting a decent routine in and all. Dropped a couple of pounds. Went to the gym the other morning and it just felt like i was going through the motions which really sucked. Got some cardio in but didn’t even get my sweat on like i wanted to. Maybe i need to switch up my routine or something .Don’t want to step on the scale cause i just feel like i have took a couple of steps back.Just overall Tired maybe i need to take a couple of days off might be burnt out dont know…maybe i need a trainer ….workout partner ..hell might even be the eating habits/diet…..don’t know its really a toss up. It’s the end of the weekend already and have to head back to work tomorrow. Just hope something good happes or chane or something. been praying so i know everything will work out. Finding basketball would mos def be good!!!!
