Anybody familiar with any anabolic steroids? Which is the safest one to take? I use to take Liqui-Test and it made me mad at times so I stopped. Just curious about the injectable anabolics.

Since the new year started I haven’t sipped on a beer and it feels good. But, I have been drinking these red bulls for a year, year in a half and they worked great for me. I always was into energy enhancing supplements and a few fat burners because I’m a real laid back person and like to get lifted up to get that extra boost. About a week ago I started having heart problems and didn’t understand why my body would act like this. I never get sick, I’m 25 and still in my prime. But, it got to the point where I couldn’t sleep at night and would wake up with rapid heartbeats. I went to the doctor like at 4:00 in the morning and they checked my blood pressure which came out good. They checked my heart and it was beating normally. When it was time to see the Doc. first thing he asked is, "Do you drink Red Bulls?" I usually drink one before work and sometimes after lunch. He told me to keep off the red bulls, caffeine and anything that will pick my heart rate up. It was like a load off my back but I still worried. It’s been 1-2 weeks since I haven’t had one of these and my heart, body, and sleep is improving. Be careful with what you put in your body even though you feel no side-effects.

Work Out at Work
If you have a job that involves heavy lifting and is at times back breaking, there is a greater advantage for strength, size and stamina. Some people spend 8-12 hours at work and hardly even bust a sweat, so they can’t wait until it’s time to hit the gym and pump up their muscles. After a long night of grinding, cutting, and lifting heavy metals my body is drained, but when I let my body properly rest and hit the gym a few days that week my strength level goes up quick. I have an advantage in my daily work combined with going to the gym, but I know some people who never really worked out and are always telling me, “When are we going to go work out?” If they would just make work a workout it would give them a little more desire to make things happen. So, if you have an advantage at work to pump up your muscles and make a days work, a workout, DO IT! Use your body more at work when lifting and carrying, and keep yourself from using a cart or something that will rob you of a quick and easy workout.

Wether your drained, or pumped up, your motivation can always turn against you as your enemy. For me, there’s nothing out there that can really get me motivated. I believe that motivation, truly comes from within your heart and soul. Like Arnold said, “I just block any negative thing to come into my mind.” It’s true, no matter what’s going around in your life, close your eyes and search inside yourself to bring that beast out, your heart and soul will always overcome any obstacle.
