New Cycle
June 19, 2007I have just bought some NO2 Black and CE2 online and will be starting that in about a week. I am currently lifting Monday Wednesday and Friday and conditioning Tuesday and Thursday. Should I be lifting four times a week and just throw cardio/ conditioning in on a couple days? I also want to get rid of my gut but still keep my weight but dont know what type of stuff to do? I also want to get defined pecs, please help.
