FRIDAY-LEGS

I got to the gym a little later than I wanted to today. I had to drop both the boys at their school before hitting the iron. But with today being the start of my weekend off … I knew I would make it up.
I am starting to like the burn and the results of this leg routine. I know it is early on in my transformation process but I get stoked on leg day. Here is what I did. Leg Press … 15/12/10/8 *Topped out at 260# Leg Curls … 3 sets of 15 supersets with ext. Leg Extensions … 3 sets of 15 supersets with curls.
Standing Calf Raises … 3 sets of 15 Squat … 4 sets of 10
The only bad things about today was having to walk down the stairs to the locker room and then back up to get out of the building. But the wet noodles got me there and back. I will probably hit some cardio over the weekend but, other than that, I’ll be off till Monday. |
