First and foremost, FOOD IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SUP YOU CAN TAKE!

One cup a veggies a day fresh and green.

1 1/2 to 2 gms of protein a day. One red meat, two 50 gms protein shakes. Chicken, fish, eggs, cottage cheese etc.

150 to 600 grms of medium to low glycemic carbs a day.

1000mg vitamin C

1200mg L Arginine

750mg L Ornithine

Glutamine 10 g

Pre training sups

1000mg vitamin C`

3750mg L Arginine

2250mg L Ornithine

1.5 creatine

Pre training shake. One hr to 1/2 hr before training. 50 gms whey protein isolate. 10 g glutamine. 50 gms waxy maze.

Post training shake. Thirty minutes after training. 50 gms whey protein isolate. 10g glutamine. 50 rms waxy maze, 50gms dextrose.

Post training sups,

1.5 creatine

1250 L Arginine

750 L Ornithine

    when you say take sups 30 mins after workout do you mean within 30 mins because ive been taking mine straight after?
