I’ve been on here before but never used it. I am serious enough to get to business. It’s do or die time. I’m gonna get on the stage before I’m dead damnit! Now shutup and lift!!!!!

I’m a very active, divorced, 48 year old mom of 3. I have always been interested in working out and body building. But I find up until now, I just didn’t have time to get really involved in it. Are there any other men or women about my age who are just now trying to get really fit?
