WHAT I’M EATING AND DOING
Sunday, November 30th, 2008Let me explain further about my reaction to scivation CHA diet. I was lethargic and spacey for more than 2 weeks before I had to quit doing it. Since I’ve been having half a sweet potato and some brown rice per day, I feel much much better. It’s also easier to stick to. I will be more disciplined, however, once it gets closer to comp time. I understand the complex competitors diet, but, it’s not what I can stick to right now. Anyway’s…..I’m still eating chicken, tuna, grapefruit, blueberries, banans, protein powder, and the like. I will be posting pics in January.
