Saturday, January 26th, 2008Diet this week is about 90%
Strength seems like its coming back slowly, weight is 132.8 lbs on my scale this am. My trainers scale is about 3lbs off from mine.

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008Met with my personal trainer in Cinci, OH and found out I am 14.4% bf weight is 137lbs. Yep, lost some strength not too bad but my lean mass is only around 118LM. Used to be around 123-125LM. My diet is now around 1900-2000 cals. The date for the show is April 18th, 19th a two day show.
I am pondering the show in April. I really want to do it however, I just learned how to spray tan and really want the exposure spraying the competitors. The promoter’s do not have anyone set up for the venue to spray. I just am unsure of what to do? I really want to compete, however the spray tanning competitors is a good financial move. BLAH!! Why is this soo hard.
Diet is strong today, I’m on my way!!
Jan 2008 Finally Over
Sunday, January 6th, 2008Thank god x-mas, holidays are over. My husband came home we have had several parties with appetizers and such. I am soo sick and tired of the holidays, food etc… Finally its focus and rest time. I see my trainer on 1-18-08. I will heading to the Cincy area for the weekend. My original trainer is in cincy, I absoulutely would not do with out him. He is my friend, tells me like it is. I am going to have my numbers bf checked, and do a work out to make sure I’m working as hard as I should. I’ve been working out solo lately. We all know we don’t work quite as hard by ourselveves than with someone else. This is my challenge, I lost quite a bit of strength after my move back in November and had a tough time getting back on it.
As of now I moved off my fish diet, I’ve been on it for a long while. If I see another piece of fish I just might lose it. I went back up to my 2000 calorie diet verses the 1800 calories fish diet. I will then get back on the fish diet later. My body needs to cycle and change up a little I think before I hit the fish hard. The prep begins. I hope i’m not too off on my bf!!
