Christmas Day!
The countdown is on. I think I finally decided to try a INBF show in April 19, 2008. This is a pro-qualifier. At least if I don’t get my pro-card at this show I will still compete in the NPC late May 2008. I want to use the show in April as a platform for end of May. I am not sure what I will do if… regarding the INBF vs. the NPC. The show in May for the NPC is a non tested show verses the INBF is a tested show. I might have a chance to do better at a tested show verses a non tested show. Plus, there is the Gold’s classic around September time frame.

Nice Tina! Well, I see what you are getting ready for some spring shows. What INBF show will you be doing? Just focus on improving your physique and dial in your conditioning. You will do well at the INBF show.

The INBF show is Liberty, MO and there is another NPC show Muscle Mayhem in May. I know that the INBF is a easier than the NPC and that the pro card is not exactly equal to NPC either.
I need some shows to concentrate on this year. For improvement purposes. The INBF is also drug tested verses the NPC in May that does not look like they are testing at all.
