I’m still here and kicking. I just moved to the N. KC area from Ohio on the 1st of Nov. It sucked trying to keep the diet and exercise going when your not in your normal groove although I’m holding strong. I’ve had some week moments here and there with the holidays. I’m still on the fish diet. Blah!!
My husband is coming home from his deployment from Iraq this month is about 7 days. Its been since 9-06 since he’s been gone with a brief R&R visit back in May.
I’m still pluggin away I am currently in off season mode but trying to keep close as I can from competition weight. I’m about 5 lbs off, not sure about the bf. I keep calipers on hand for measurements however, i am not too good with them just yet. I am trying to get my back and lats more size. With being off my diet with the move has put my strength down the tube. I’m just now where i was when I left off before the comp. So I’m hoping I didn’t lose alot of mass there with the few weeks of non normalcy.
Picture wise I can still get my ass into my comp 2-piece so at least that is good. My ass isn’t eating it yet.
Well off I go to the gym and to get this done and then back to shopping. Did I mention, I absolutely do not like the holidays. It sucks when your on your DIET!! But, then again it keeps you from blowing up like a balloon.
