Getting into it…
March 2, 2009Well, what can i say. This has been fun!
Crazy thing is i really am still learning, i do not have all the equip i would like to have, but i have a pretty good amount to start. So far, I have only done 2 serious workouts. One upper body, and one lower body. I do cardio and crunches everyday.
Tomorrow is another upper body day, and i look forward to it. Although my lower body needs the most work. i enjoy upper body more. I am just hoping that by increasing muscle it will help to burn off more fat all over.
I am not to worried about specifics yet, should i be? i am really just trying to get my mind to connect with my muscles and learn to work correctly. Some times when i am trying to focus on one area, i can feel other areas trying to do the work… i guess from not using certain muscles for so long, they got lazy.
I am also trying to get this diet under control. I think i am eating to much cheese. Constipation … errr. sorry tmi. Suggestions? I am trying to do carb cycling, to help with the fat loss. Today was a high carb day, tomorrow starts my 3 day low carb cycle again, thank gawd! I actually enjoy eating low carb, I feel so much more in control. Carbs set me off into a hunger mode. I just do not want to stop eating! Thankfully i use sparkpeople.com to track my cals. otherwise i would be eating 3,000 a day before i realised what the heck i was doing. According to that site, and my estimated exercise a day, they give me a range of 1440 to about 1797. BUT spark doesnt like low carb, so according to their graphs my carbs are to low .. oh well, bite me.
Guess thats about it. Just wanted to make a blog to look back at later and laugh at myself. Im learning, but it is definitely going to take some time. I just hope by this time next year…. i will be one hot Diva!
