Bi’s and Tri’s
So today was Bi’s and Tri’s, probabley my favorite day of the week. I started off with Straight Bar Curls 2(4-6) then Alternating Dumbbell Curls 2(8-10) then Curl Bar Curls 2(8-10). For Tri’s I did Lying Triceps extensions 2(4-6) then Close Grip Bench 2(8-10) then one set of one arm over head extensions for 8-10.
Over all it was pretty good, not as good as I expected though. I just didn’t feel that great. But it still was good, there’s nothing like that pump you get when doing bi’s and tri’s on the same day. Tomorrow Back and Traps, we will see how that goes.
