Flooded Gym-Alternate Work outs
Alright so even though it hasen’t rained since like 2 sundays ago, the basement of the gym is flooded. Of course the upstairs is open, with all the things I don’t use. Becuase of this I have had to lift at home. Yesterday I did shoulders and Abs. For shoulders I did 2 sets of Standing Militarys to start (4-6 reps) then 1 set of Seated Dumbbell Press (4-6) then 2 sets of Alrond Press (8-10) and then 2 sets of side laterals (8-10). It was pretty was a pretty good work out.
I just got done with legs…it was insane. I couldn’t do the work out I planned on doing because I had to do it at home. Instead I did 9 sets of squats and 3 sets of standing calf raises and I am dead. The first 3 sets were 4-6 then the next 3 were 6-8 then i finished off with 3 sets of front squats for 8-10. Needless to say, it was pretty rough, espeacilly because I have no been feeling good latley, particuarly today. On a possitive not I was able to go up 5 pounds on my 2nd set of squats which I am pretty happy with.
Well, thats about it. Tomorrow is bi’s and tri’s….hopfully the damn gym will be open.
