Week off
Alright so after about 9 weeks of hard training, my week off is this week. I don’t like taking a week off, but I think it is good for you both mentally and physically. As much as I don’t want to take off, it couldn’t have come at a better time. My body has just been crapping out on me in the last week or 2. My back has been falling apart, so it will be good to take the week off and recover. I am also going to be super busy this week because my band is playing in my school’s "talent show" this coming Friday and we need to get some last minute practice in.
When I get back from my week off I am going to try out some new routines and just experiment a little bit. I have been on Max-OT since February of last year and while it has given me some results, I think that they could have been better with how good my diet and everything is. For the first couple week I’m just going to mess around with rep ranges and maybe throw in some new exercises and see what that does for me. I still plan on training body parts once per week on a 5 day on, 2 off split because that works best for with with school and work. I will see what happens with that and then maybe try something else. Anyway, I will be posting how my work outs go, if anyone cares. Peace
