Workout Changes
I have laid off the weights for the past week and have focused on running and cross fit. Currenlty I do 10 pull ups (weight assisted) 30 push ups, 40 crunches, and 50 squats. Five sets. It takes me about 25 minutes to complete. No rest between exercises or sets. I have been running more. I did 4 miles on sunday and missed my goal by only 15 seconds. My times was 48:15. Running 3.6 today. I lost four or five pounds last week and am down to 281. I would like to be at 270 - 275 my the end of the month. I am going to continue with cross fit and running for the rest of March and then start on the weights again come April first.
