First I change my working shift from 11:00pm - 7:00am to 3:00pm to 11:00pm. This has done wonders for my metabolism and now I workout before I go to work. I am going to start MMA and Boxing again because that seems to be the best cardio for my body. I am now eating clean 80% of the time and now I just need to give up the beer on my days off. So far I have lost only 6 pounds. So the fight goes on.
