Good luck! Congrats on the house. I'm sure your work schedule throws things into a whirl also. I'm thankful for a set schedule, but I HAVE to hit it in the early mornings. Evenings are not an option for me with kids &amp; other evening activities.

Sounds life you have a great Mom. :D

Congratulations on the house. I read an article in Men’s Health; our President exercises 45 minuets a day, politics aside, if he can find time so can we.

Matt, Congrats first of all! What a wonderful step in the right direction. Now to the other thing, not getting to the gym! Hummmm!

My friend the funny thing about life is that it is always happening, it going to have it up and downs. But make sure that you make time for yourself! I love going to the gym, not because I like to lift or because I want to look better. Those are added bonus but the gym in reality allow me to spends some time with me, to make sure I am taking care of myself.

So don't put off today for tomorrow! Make it your aim to get back in the swing NOW! Because we all look forward to the perfect timing, but in reality there is no perfect situation, no perfect timing! The perfect timing in now, today, this sec. In fact it is the best timing!

Just some words to get you going!

Congratulations on the house! Keep pushing to get to the gym. Once you get the house there will be lots of little things to do that will pull you away. Just do what you can and know that there is always tomorrow.

Solid leg and bicep work Matthew. Those squats should have the testosterone flowing. Keep on pushing yourself.

Great chest work Matthew, especially on the bench. Easy to see why you felt dead tired after this one. Keep on pushing.
