Vacation over….Gym time
I just finished my 2 week vacation out of the gym. Time to push really hard for the next two weeks until my next vacation. I did chest and abs today. Weight wise I didn’t drop but I did drop reps by 15 on chest. Abs stayed the same luckily. Tomorrow is back and triceps. Going to try and get back to the reps I was at before the break. New pictures sometime. Also, the scale says I weight almost 200 lbs but I don’t look 200 lbs. I need to but my butt again!
