3 weeks lifting
Wednesday, February 25th, 2009In three weeks I have managed to improve my cardio greatly. I have lowerd my body fat while maintaining or even gaining some lean muscle. I’ve been super setting exercises and then sprinting on the treadmill as my rest period. It really helps the blood get accustomed to holding more oxygen. I did a chest/shoulder workout with no sprinting. I didn’t even break a sweat in that hour. Abs are still coming, and still working on lowering the body fat around the love handles and upper legs. Eating is good. Carbs 1st half the day and protein 2nd half of the day only.
