Day 1 of 21 completed
Friday, January 2nd, 2009I’m on a 21 day workout stretch. I’m using Gaspari "Size On", Universal Animal Cuts, Smart Blend Fatty acid pill, glutamine and protein supplement rotation. Today was chest day. I want to thank Thenaturalone for the chest routine. The heavy lift for flat bench press was190 lbs for 6 reps. The incline bench press was 165 for 6 reps. The incline DB Fly was 55 lbs for 8 reps. Cable cross over ( each side separate stack) 35 lbs for 8 reps. The straight arm pull over was 105lbs for 8 reps. Also did machine shoulder press at 90 lbs for 8 reps. Overall great workout. I do think I am sick to a point. I keep getting vertigo sickness throughout the day on and off. Lately the symptoms are fading. I bought some Claritin D to try and dry up my sinuses. See if that is messing up my equilibirum.
