Back in Business
Thursday, June 26th, 2008Starting working out at home. God it feels good and my body is responding quite well. Routine is wake up complete 50 perfect push-ups, 30-30lb hammer curls, 60 halos (just ask) and 50 double swings. I also complete a similar routine when I get home from work before bed. Sometimes I throw in a set of two throughout the day of push ups or curls. Going to DC this weekend. Upon my return, hitting up the gym in a balance effort. Chest/Back, Triceps/Biceps, All legs, Stomach as much as I can take, with a little cardio as well. Going to pick up some more supplements once I get the money. I spent like 500 last month in medicine. Leave one.
