Strength UP!
Wednesday, April 30th, 2008Today I did chest/triceps again. This time it was 3×8 70lbs incline DB, 3×8 80lbs flat DB and 3×8 90lbs decline DB. God it felt good. Inching towards those 100 lbs dumbells. Ultimate goal is to be using 100lbs dumbbells on incline. That will prove some strength. The look is coming to. The diet and pills are helping. Sticking to my guns and eating healthy are too. I did more exercises but those just aren’t are interesting. Gotta take next 2 days off and rotate back to day work schedule. Cardio coming all next week with lifting.
