Strength UP!

Today I did chest/triceps again. This time it was 3×8 70lbs incline DB, 3×8 80lbs flat DB and 3×8 90lbs decline DB. God it felt good. Inching towards those 100 lbs dumbells. Ultimate goal is to be using 100lbs dumbbells on incline. That will prove some strength. The look is coming to. The diet and pills are helping. Sticking to my guns and eating healthy are too. I did more exercises but those just aren’t are interesting. Gotta take next 2 days off and rotate back to day work schedule. Cardio coming all next week with lifting.

The next Step

Well I’ve decided to full use my weighted vest to its max. So everyday now I put my 84 lbs X-Vest on and walk around with it. Today, I wore it while working out for a bit. Workout consisted of : 3 sets X 8 reps Incline bench 60lbs DB,(removed X-vest uncomfortable on bench) 3 sets x 8 reps flat bench 70 lbs DB, 3 sets x 8 reps decline bench 80 lbs DB, 3 sets x 12 reps dumbbell flyes 30 lbs, 3 sets x 10 reps skull crushers 50 lbs DB, 3 sets x max reps triceps extension 60 lbs then 50 lbs and last 25 lbs. Then put the X-vest back on and walked around for while. Wore it home and did 50 calf raises. God, the vest definitely helps with upper body. I can feel the muscles getting stronger to support it. Body burns more calories then before to move the extra weight. Beach comes May so try to burn calories, kill body fat, cut up. Tell me what you think of this chest/triceps day. Note I do have a shoulder triceps days on day 3. This is Day 1

New progress

Friday, April 18th, 2008

Really starting to see a change in size and strength. Haven’t done flat bench barbell in along time. I usually stick to dumbbells decline, flat and incline. So today I had to spotters while at work. They challenged me to put up 225. SO basically I did 225 so easily I think my max bench is higher. Where I don’t know. But the two guys at work shut up. Stomach is going down. Ab muscles are coming out. Everything is going the way I want it to.

Lastest workouts

I started March 28th with my newest workout cycle. Everyday I do something physical for 30 to 45 minutes. Some day may be totally cardio. Running around my apt complex, running with a weight vest on (50lbs), calf walking, and high intensity workouts. Other days I go to the gym at work and lifting certain body parts. I don’t have cable at my new place and I love it!. I have even done two or three a day workouts. Mainly 2 cardio sessions and 1 weight lifting. I changed my diet to eat a lot healthier and I’m sticking to it. Going to the Outer banks in May, so I need to look good.
