Supps
January 3, 2009I’m thinkng of trying a new supp stack this year can any of you out there give me some advice. My goal is for my BF to be in the 5-8% range(I’m at 13 now) keep my weight between 200-215lbs(I’m at 214) build muscular and Cardio endurance for Army PT and Keep my Chest Bigger than my gut !lol! I’m starting my 09 routine monday by the end of the week I would like to be inline with my supps and have a good idea of a big but lean diet.The supps I have in mind right now are: hydroxcutt hardcore, animal stak, animal pak, cellmass and I need to find a good protein.
