			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can&#8217;t think of a better day to have your day on.  You get the joy of the end of the work-week, and the joy of getting older&#8230;OK, that second one is debatable, but you get my point.  So, I think I&#8217;m going to head home after work today, get in a good workout, then head out with some friends for a fun evening.  And remember, arguing on the internet is stupid.  You&#8217;ll never win because everyone has a different opinion, and most are willing to let you know that differing opinion!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last night I had a great bi/tri workout!  Listenin&#8217; to a little Disturbed, sippin&#8217; on my SizeOn/Purple Wraath mix, and pumpin&#8217; out some serious reps on my arms.  I was flat out exhausted afterwards.  But man, I sure did feel pumped after all was said and done.  I must say that arms are my favorite workout.  Tonight, I get the distinct pleasure of doing back/shoulders.  Then, it&#8217;s time to chow down on some serious food over the Thanksgiving holiday.  So, to everyone out there reading my blog, have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What a bad week for food&#8230;.:-(  I&#8217;ve been eating clean while at home, but lunch @ work is a different story.  My co-workers have been going out every day, and I&#8217;m tagging along because I&#8217;m starving!!  Well, at least I know that this weekend I can get my diet back in line.  To all those that read this, please be aware that cheating for just one week can wreck a plan for months&#8230;.</p>
<p>So, hope y&#8217;all have a wonderful weekend, and I&#8217;m gonna go work and eat lots of chicken and fish (I may throw in some greens and good carbs, too&#8230;LOL!!)  Gonna push some weight around, play with my daughter (she&#8217;s my ultimate cardio workout!), and get ready for some FOOTBALL!!
