I can’t think of a better day to have your day on.  You get the joy of the end of the work-week, and the joy of getting older…OK, that second one is debatable, but you get my point.  So, I think I’m going to head home after work today, get in a good workout, then head out with some friends for a fun evening.  And remember, arguing on the internet is stupid.  You’ll never win because everyone has a different opinion, and most are willing to let you know that differing opinion!

Last night I had a great bi/tri workout!  Listenin’ to a little Disturbed, sippin’ on my SizeOn/Purple Wraath mix, and pumpin’ out some serious reps on my arms.  I was flat out exhausted afterwards.  But man, I sure did feel pumped after all was said and done.  I must say that arms are my favorite workout.  Tonight, I get the distinct pleasure of doing back/shoulders.  Then, it’s time to chow down on some serious food over the Thanksgiving holiday.  So, to everyone out there reading my blog, have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Food, food food!!!

What a bad week for food….:-(  I’ve been eating clean while at home, but lunch @ work is a different story.  My co-workers have been going out every day, and I’m tagging along because I’m starving!!  Well, at least I know that this weekend I can get my diet back in line.  To all those that read this, please be aware that cheating for just one week can wreck a plan for months….

So, hope y’all have a wonderful weekend, and I’m gonna go work and eat lots of chicken and fish (I may throw in some greens and good carbs, too…LOL!!)  Gonna push some weight around, play with my daughter (she’s my ultimate cardio workout!), and get ready for some FOOTBALL!!

Well, I’m stuck here at work at my desk.  Been a pretty slow day.  Just waiting for 5 to roll around so that I can go get my daughter for the weekend.  The ‘rents are coming dwon from MN tomorrow, so that should make for a great weekend!  Now, I just have to figure out when I can get my workouts in this weekend.

 This is my first blog, so nothing really new and exciting.  So, to all those that read this, have a great weekend!  And, to those that don’t, I still y’all have a great weekend!!
