Well it has only been 2 weeks, and Ive gained about 4-5 lbs depending on what scale I use. It does kinda suck that the little bit of abs I had are gone now, but I can already see a difference in my size and huge gains in strength. Another 10 weeks to go then the cut. Im curious to see how much wieght I can gain. The body is funny sometimes. Well Ill have to put up some progress pics once Ive got a few more weeks under my belt.

Ok so heres the deal, I have a bad lower back, and I like to do dead lifts, but cant go really heavy due to my back problem. Am I doing any good going light on dead lifts, or should I just nix them all together. And when I mean light I mean about the heaviest I can go is about 225 with good form.

Why is it fat guys that go to the gym and lift some heavy ass weight with shitty form think they are in some kind of shape? Well I guess they are in shape…round is a shape. This just really irratates the shit out of me for some dumbass reason. OK enough complaining for today.
