food 11-20-09 (not a typical day)
Breakfast: 1 bran muffin (all-bran recipe made at home) 10 almonds, water.
After workout: protein shake (1 c. 1% milk,2 scoops whey powder) 10 almonds.
Later, (about 10am)but not lunch:1/3 cup wild rice blend w/ whole grain brown rice, about2 oz of ground turkey, 1 egg, 1/4 avocado, 1c. salad(field greens) w/ balsamic vinegar.
Lunch(1:30): 3oz chicken breast,3/4 cup pasta, tea w/ 1 tsp sugar
after picking up the kids…
about 8 oz hi c orange
We went out for dinner…
3oz steak, salad w/pecans,blue cheese crumbles, vinaigrette, a few bites of DH’s pasta
Later…
protein shake(same as before), orange popsicle
According to dailyburn.com my total calories are about 2400.
Um, yeah…I over shot my target a bit. <embarrassed>
But I know exactly where it fell apart.
