my fight against craving brownies and other garbage
I’ve been trying a new method (new to me anyway) to fight against my food cravings.
Instead of thinking about the things I "can’t" or "shouldn’t" eat,I try to focus on trying to take in the right nutrients for my body…and to be honest,when I eat enough protein,I don’t seem to crave the carbs as bad and when I eat enough fruits and vegetables and drink water …I usually don’t want anything else after that.
