Crazy
Numerous people have called me crazy throughout my life, especially with regard to the effort that I put forth toward the things that matter to me such as school and working out. I’ve always liked to think of it as determination and a strong work ethic. However, as I was performing rep number 70 of my weighted lunges, I was thinking that maybe I really am crazy. After all, who does that to their body? Furthermore, who gets a high from working out so intensely that it is hard to walk out of the gym afterward and who gets excited when their sore for days after a killer leg workout? With both pride and shame, I must admit the answer is "me." However, will this realization provoke within me a desire to try to be less crazy or a little more normal? "Highly doubtful" is my answer as I sit here content to acknowledge and own my insanity, knowing that I will embody this "craziness" again tomorrow.

"Crazyness"? Nah, it’s called determination and dedication. You aren’t crazy you are driven. It’s a good thing. Embrace it.
It will allow you to achieve things you never thought possible. -kenji

The only thing crazy is not doing what feels right/good to you! Live each moment like it’s the last…… and tell others to kiss your ass if they dont like it! Ok I have lost a few friends with this approach…..lol Do it for you!

Nothing wrong with wanting that high after a workout. It’s the best feeling in the world almost. Right now I’m feeling it and it’s no joke.

That’s the only way to work out, you are not alone. Keep training hard, especially Leg Day.

Hey, working out to the point where you are sore a day later takes a real bodybuilder. It’s the "crazyness" that separates us from the people who sit at home all day watching TV and just taking the easy road through life. If you think you’re insane you might want to look around… this whole website is full of people who are just like you.
