Yeah baby I had a

Great chest and bi workout today

Bench:
2 sets 135lbs 10,10
5 sets 225lbs 6,5,5,5,3

Incline dumbell bench:
2 sets 50’s 10,10
3 sets 60’s 8,8,8

Hammer Strength decline press:
2 sets 90lbs each side 10,10
3 sets 115lbs 8,8,8

Dumbel curls:
1 set 35’s 10

Olympic bar curls:
4 sets 100lbs 8,8,7,7

Machine Preacher curls:

4 sets 70lbs 8,8,8,7

I was pumped UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
