Hammer Strength shoulder press:
2 sets 45’s each side 15,15
4 sets 100lbs ea. side 10,7,6,5
I was Totally Stoked to get 10 @ 100 with a video of it But…
Video got deleted while downloading to computer somehow? Next time I do delts I will have to remember to do it again.
Side Laterals:
4 sets 35’s 10,10,10,9
Bent over rear delt laterals:
4 sets 45’s 8,8,7,7
Dumbell shrugs:
5 sets 45’s 8,8,8,8,8
Upright rows on cable cross over:
2 sets 100lbs 10,10,
3 sets 120lbs 8,8,8
