Hammer Strength decline press:

3 sets 115lbs 8,8,8
Dumbel curls:
1 set 35’s 10
Olympic bar curls:
4 sets 100lbs 8,8,7,7
Machine Preacher curls:
4 sets 70lbs 8,8,8,7
