Todays was a real good one. Here it goes…
Bodyweight pull ups:
5 sets 11,10,9,9,7
Seated rows (close grip V bar)
1 set 120lbs 12 reps
3 sets 170lbs 8,8,6
Hammer Strength Regular Row ( single arm )
3 sets 135lbs 10,10,8
DEADLIFTS:
2 sets 135lbs 8,8
1 set 225lbs 6
1 set 295lbs 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! getting better
1 set 305lbs 1
Skull Crushers:
1 warm up with 25lb bar 20
1 set 75lbs 12 reps
4 sets 115lbs 8,9,8,7
Bent over over head rope tricep extensions:
1 set 70lbs 15
4 sets 100lbs 10,10,10,10
30 minutes on Elliptical level 15 5lbs over my body weight entered.
Crunches: 30,30,30
