Saturday, January 19th, 2008For those of you who have followed my journal and body blog, you know that I have not gone over 205 on the bench for over a year and a half now. Because I was always contest dieting and training. Today I did 3 warm up sets with 135 then put 225 on. I asked a guy at the gym for a spot.
I GOT 7 REPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was STOKED.
Now I think I can make my goal of 10 reps of 225 by June.
