How I know I’m back giving 110%
Sunday, September 30th, 20071) When I watch a football game (Ohio State) on Saturday night and pass on the junk food and an occasional beer.
2) When I get to the gym at 09:00 on a Sunday Morning and have an awesome shoulder workout with a full 25 minute cardio session after.
3) I have planned out my next 2 days worth of food.
I just hope I keep on track and stay focused. Many people on here have really helped me get to this point over the past couple of weeks. I don’t know if they really believe it when I tell them that they have or not but you guys really have helped. Thanks!
