05:00– 30 minutes cardio on stepper.
06:00- Protein drink no oatmeal today last week until showtime.
NO electricity at work so they sent us home (without pay of course)
08:30– 2 cans tuna
Back and Triceps– 10-15 reps on all exercises. Hammer strength regular row 3 sets, T-Bar rows 3 sets, Lat pull downs 3 sets and one arm pulls with cable and single handle for 4 sets.
Tricep push downs 4 sets, Rope push downs 3 sets and cable over head tricep extensions 4 sets.
25 minutes on Elliptical level 15.
Tan for 15 minutes
11:00– Protein Bar low carb 7 impact carbs and 30 grams protein.
13:30– 2 cans tuna
15:00 Job interview– Went great and i really hope this one works out for me. I have a real good feeling that I landed it. We will find out next week.
17:00– Protein bar on ride home
20:00– 7 Eggs (2 whole and 5 whites) with some cheese
22:00**Finished putting together the Elliptical that came UPS today.
It is Friday night NO work tomorrow so I will watch TV on my NEW 42" Big screen tv and try out my New elliptical for 45 minutes. What a good night.
