Patrick is the present Liberia bodybuilding champion “Mr Liberia “. He has recently come back from the United Arab Emirates , where he lived  and worked as a coach and personal trainer consultant. He loves bodybuilding and would like to resume bodybuilding competitions. A friend of ours, Patrick is a very personable guy. He was our guide and advisor during our stay in Monrovia .
