He looks like a young Ronnie Coleman with his wide shoulders and massive thighs. Abraham is a 100% natural bodybuilder who likes heavy training and natural food. In a few years he has built a strong, thick and proportioned body with well defined muscles. Bodybuilding contests are a rare stuff in his home country Benin, West Africa. But Abraham never stops training and he’s always ready to compete. Last year he won the Benin National Bodybuilding Championship in the heavy weight category.

He looks like his elder brother Souleymane Fofana who was crowned Mr Côte d’Ivoire twice in the national bodybuilding championships held in 1994 and 1995. He placed second in the Light Weight Division (<75 kg) at the Mr Côte d’Ivoire held in San Pedro last September 3rd, 2006. “Madou“, as his friends call him, is today one of the most promising young bodybuilders in Côte d’Ivoire. We met him at Training Center, a modern gym in Abidjan Plateau, where he works as a trainer.

Chenai is a brilliant Zimbabwean champion bodybuilder who has won several local contests in Zimbabwe and South Africa . He is an active Christian and a family man. Friends describe him as down to earth, intelligent, sociable and courteous. Chenai takes life seriously, and takes nothing for granted. He works as a personal trainer in Harare .

Patrick is the present Liberia bodybuilding champion “Mr Liberia “. He has recently come back from the United Arab Emirates , where he lived and worked as a coach and personal trainer consultant. He loves bodybuilding and would like to resume bodybuilding competitions. A friend of ours, Patrick is a very personable guy. He was our guide and advisor during our stay in Monrovia .

Wow we did it!!! Our staff from Accra, Ghana spent a couple of days in Monrovia. It was a great experience! Our Liberian brothers and sisters are a wonderful people and anywhere we went we got a warm welcome… we visited the best professional gyms in Liberia, the smartest local gyms in Monrovia… and we met the best Liberian bodybuilders!
