Current workout:
Monday-Chest 5×7, 4 excercises, 30 mins HIIT usually burning 400 cals, abs
Tuesday-Back 5×7, 4 excericises, 30 mins HIIT usually burning 400 cals, abs
Wednesday-Tris 5×7, 4 excercises, 30 mins HIIT usually burning 400 cals, abs
Thursday-Bis 5×7, 4 excercises, 30 mins HIIT usually burning 400 cals, abs
Friday- Shoulders & Calves 5×7, 4 excercises, 30 mins HIIT usually burning 400 cals, abs
Im wondering if this excessive. I’m seeing good results (see progress pics) and following a clean lower carb diet, Im just worried I may be overtraining. My strength is consistantly picking up, I guess the thing that is worrying me the most is my little sis asked if I was doing steroids…argh HELL NO!!!

Since I am going to be taking a fitness test to become sheriff, need to run 1.5 miles under 13 mins, I am changing my workout to higher reps and lower weights and concentrating more on cardio. Like I mentioned before I need to run 1.5 miles under 13 mins which isnt that difficult but I havent ran since rupturing my achillies tendon in college. Since that time I’ve mostly done eliptical and bikes for my cardio. I do push myslef but nothin is like running, I need some help…Any ideas on working my way back to running longer distances?

Well today isnt a great day, I woke up at 4am like usual to go workout with a massive headache plus my whole body feels heavy like a mass of cement. I know what some of you are thinking and no I didnt have any alcohol last night. I’ve been doing a Mon, Wed, Fri weights and Tues, Thurs cardio split and I think I’ve hit a wall. So just rested today, any ideas nutrition wise that would help me get on track for tomorrow? Oh BTW I’m wondering if this is because I’m just starting on a KETO diet….hmmmm…Any help would be great!
