I went to San Antonio TX with my family and really enjoyed my stay. I eat like crazy and im putting the work back into the gym. Im taking some pix to see my bloated gut!

Wow losing weight is very difficult. I have been dedicated in changing my eating habbits and been loyal in hitting the gym. I have seen a BIG difference in my appearance and overall attitude towards alot of things. I personally thought I was going to lose weight fast but then again it took time to gain and now I am taking time to drop this gut! I am continuing lifting weights but I am more focused on the cardio so my Max bench has droped
. All good though I am working to get to about 185lbs of healthy weight.

I have a new job and meet some awsome people. I work for my local college weight room. The people I work with invited me today for a beach day. Man it was awsome, I am exhausted right now but we did every thing even run in the water. Im going to keep at my cardio to continue my weight loss.

Yes thats right! I did 250lbs and did it twice I had a lil support on the 2nd rep. Man it feels good. My goal was 300lbs and im getting there.

I am officially back and ready to hit the gym. I did my best on eating good on my vacation. There were no gym equipment at all but I did what I had to do. Check out some of the pix.

I felt good and got some one to spot me on the bench which is always a plus. I was doing 205 lbs and was trying to get 2 force rep out. Then my right triceps was hurting. Felt like an intense soreness. I work through it and had to go light on the rest of my work out. Im going to give it a rest for my chest and tri and go hard again next week.
