    Ive Done this One:
    Diet + Training + Attitude = Success

    1. Goal Setting and Motivation
    2. Nutrition
    3. Aerobic Training
    4. Weight Training

    also: "Eat, Monitor and Adjust Accordingly"
    anyway, good luck with the 30 pounds…thats the same number im after…hopefully all this summer heat will help with getting outside…weather is perfect..good luck
