so im in week two and boy oh boy am i hurting
the first week i was fine but i step it up BIG
im running in the mornings and working out at
night and finishing with some more running…:o(
i feel good and is funny to say because i cant move
or at least i feel like that my legs all the way to my toe hehee
arm day was 3 days ago and im still having lil hard time
putting on my backpack in the morning. but it feel good
going strait to sleep no movement for me tonight i stretched
but is there something else that i can do to minimize my sore
im going to be walking like a patito (ducky) mañana. nite nite

so im more focus now and NO more buts
im trying to put everything together now
im training hard and taking my vitamins
and eating right but im still off on the time
i eat and that sucks because thats why gordita
in the first place so day 2 just ended and nutrition
is 1st just packed my meals for tomorrow so im set
to go.

ok day one is mañana and this time there is
NO sick days
NO im bussy
i only have classes in the morning and the sun
is still out by the time i get out of work. i really
cant wait to really start im glad that i also have
the best co-workers Sosa and Moore and my
hun day 1 here we come.
