I got my body comp. done today. I could tell that in the last month I have lost some BF% even though my weight was staying exactly the same !! On 1/8/09 my belly girth was 41.5 today it was 39.5 : That’s two whole inches !!! My body comp. measurements was; Chest 11mm, Belly 28mm, Thigh 16mm, for a total BF% of 17% !! That’s down from 21% on 1/8/09 ! I’m going to take my other measurement’s tommorow. I also shaved off all my fur & have been going to the tanning bed this month!! So,when I take some new progress pix at the end of this month, your going to see a NEW MEEE !! Happy Valentines Day EVERYBODY !!! [GET IT DONE]

Howdy; Just got my new shipment of supplement’s !!! And I’m excited to see what all the Fuss is about this GASPARI SuperPUMP, 250 !! I bought a Jug of it along with a bottle of Optimum [ Glutamine 1000 caps], and a SMALL 10 Lb Bag of Optimum [Gold Standard 100% WHEY] I’m extremely PUMPED & READY to see the changes the next couple of months of Training BRINGS !! BRING IT ON & GET IT DONE !!!!!!

Well, I can’t believe they pulled it off !! I’m actually a DIE-HARD Kansas City FAN,but my friend’s have all said that I got to pull for the Cardinal’s because I live here! I guess it would be nice to see them go all the way;NOW !! I’m real glad that it’s two weeks before the SUPER-BOWL,because now I can hit real hard for 2 weeks.. GET IT DONE !!

This is the hardest I’ve hit my legs since I started up. Usually I would do 4, or 5 sets of leg-presses;then 4,or 5 sets of leg-extensions,and about 4 sets of calf raises and call it quit’s! Well,today I did 6 sets of leg-presses:2 sets of 270,15 reps;4 sets of 360,12 reps. Then I did 6 sets of leg extension’s:2 sets of 80lbs,15 reps;4 sets of 100lbs,12 reps. Then I did 6 sets of one legged calf-raises with a 50lb dumbbell . Then 4 sets of lunges,with a 50lb in each hand,and would do 20 steps each set. Then 5 sets of seated calf raises,and then 5 sets of dumbbell squats 12 reps each set. Then I jogged 2 miles in about 18 and a half min.
The sun has’nt even gone down yet,and my LEG’S are already KILLING ME !! I just hope when I do my morning Ritual I’ll be able to get of the POT !!
Hopefully I’ll have some pictures downloaded by Sunday. I’ve already taken some,but can’t get them to download; so Saturday a friend is going to try and download them from her computer. Later everyone.

I’m going to FEEL this TOMMOROW !! I have’nt never worked out my chest ,like I did today.. I would greatly appreciate some feed-back on what brand of Protein you guy’s & gal’s think is best ? I’m currently taking Optimum Nitro Core 24. I have’nt never tried Muscle-Tech [Nitro-Tech Hardcore] ; but I’ve heard from a few people that it’s GREAT !!

On October 13th I joined a GYM,and started gett’in BUSY!! But I feel so alone here in Payson,AZ. This town is about 60% Retired folk’s !! And I’m trying to find some extra motivation,but the only 3 other people in the GYM are about ready to pass out because they just WALKED A WHOLE MILE on the treadmill !! Somebody please HELP ME !!
