always making progress. in the right direction? what is the right direction? body weight is down, strenghth is back up. i was on a real good track until i’ve done a week long binge on protein bars. yes, there are much worse things to binge on than protein bars but, it hS restricted me from my ultimate goal of losing the lower abdominal body fat and and love handles. i have never been one for complexes but, my hips are wide and pointy and they put the fat that would not be noticed on others on display on my body! oh well, i just have to lose it, get it ripped and go from there. that is it. no major cuts. no major strenghth train (for now) just slow and steady on the chisle, muscle build and general health…

this question is tough to answer but, will be unveiled in a few days. last week my scheduele was screwed up. i juggled a few workouts aans did not produce the numbers i wanted. this week i find myself upset again with even less strength. it could be do to a 36+ hour day and not hardly eating for 2 days but, i do not use excuses for anything. after a few restful days and good dieting i will see where i am at. i am currently out of town in a diffrent living situation where i doubt my diet can suppourt strength training. i may start cutting fat while maintaining. not purposely as mch as consequently. with my diet and if i have hit the wall, i will change up to pyramids and high reps. time will tell. noworriesman. all i can do is keep my head up and steer in a positive direction.

i am not your tipicle douche who curbed all progress over the holidays but, i decided within myself to be a little easy going with my diet. i do not mean i am eating ice cream and king dons all day. before i was strict dieting while stength training. now having realized i only have 2-4 weeks left before cutting i decided now is the time to have that omlet with cheese or to throw that sodium shlacked ham in my egg whites. if i want to tie one on, do it now. i dont think diet matters as much during a bulk yet i think every little thing counts.

life was going good then, i binged over the holidays and took half a week off. feels like all that hard work down the drain. atleast the poor eating does not make you weaker or have less endurance. it just made me fatter. i am hoping it is just some "shit" weight that will be lost quickly. seems like gaining weight after a binge comes off easier than weight that is progressively stored on. i dont know. maybe i am crazy…

5×5s come to a close. some ways are acceling better than others. diet is storng, workouts great. i have my stomach shrunk enough where i dont eat a alot (not on purpose) and i do way too much cardio for someone strength training. i am still strength training and slow cutting/ maintaining. i know it seems insane to most, one or the other but, i do not have a complex (aka broken mentaly) like most of you are who want to weigh x-amount of pounds or lift x-amount. i am performing at top level in all i do and happy with progress. no set time frame but, at very least 4 maybe up to 8 weeks i will start a cut. it should be quick and easIER with my current methods in mind, then the goal is six pack, lacking loves handles, and lifting heavy there after.

first weights i touched (other than legs and core) were around oct 19th. i lifted VERY light for two weeks (this is post injury/ broken wrist) and then went in to 5 weeks of 5×10s. now into my 4th and final week of 5×5s i still out perform the last workout i had every time. only if i could continue forever like this! i dont know where to set a goal, i am cycling on training so, i can not efficiently set a strength or body fat goal. i guess i will shoot for a BP max of 275 in 4.5 weeks. right now i can definetly do 250 maybe 260. (maybe) i am having trouble locking out so, i am hitting triceps hard and backing off the chest. was doing to power lift days on chest, trading one for straight tricep concentration.
