its time to get big baby, gonna be ready this next time going in a win so i’m gonna get big and shred down right losing little to no muscle and just be so conditioned. But in the mean time I’m getting big till it looks right

Nervous

Wow I’m so anxious about this competition, part of me is nervous about being a lightweight and the other part of me is excited because my body looks the best it ever has. I dont know what to do I’m hard to sleep just keep thinking about the show and what I’m going to eat after. Anyways just 2 days away then its show time and I know tomorow is going to be rough but I’m ready.

3 wks out

Wow I was just saying I was 6 weeks out and here I am 3 weeks out my body looking better than ever before. I’m ready to step on stage tomorow without pulling water just how I am I feel so ready. I never thought I’d be bodybuilding lol its crazy but this is what I wanted to do all along and just never knew it. I’m so motivated even if I didnt place (which isnt going to happen cuz i’ll be #1) just want to make my body the best I can and compete till I reach my goal of being Pro. Its good that I’m starting young and I have good people behind me supporting me because that will save me alot of struggles.

Welcome!

Yo today I was wiped man, training finally caught with me. I didnt want to get out of bed I had a hell of a back day on monday and i was just exhausted. Went to the gym anyways and hit my quads hard but not as hard as usually. Did a few sets on front squats and super set it with leg extensions. Then I went and hit one legged leg press super set it with db step ups then hit my calves. Calf Raises on the hack squat superset with leg press calf raises and the calf ext machine. That was my day went home pounded some protein away and knocked out.
