Today am gonna train my back and feeling good I litle tired but it`s friday of course.
Saturday and sunday am free and that feel so good becouse you now you have done some
serius work on the gym. Am gonna eat like a horse or mabey a dino…heh heh am getting so hungry
I wonder why…. A think it`s importence to reward you self.

Getting in shape is my main goal and it`s not a easy and am glad is not easy becouse fighting every day in the gym make me a stronger and more happy person. Today so many people are seeking the fast way to get things. In my own country Norway so many young people are seeking that fast way to get in shape. When I was training for the first time many was told me …you have to take it or you will not gain muscle….well I can tell you …WRONG. I think my magic weapon is persist,persist and persist training. Newer give up. Newer listen to the mass of people out there to say how you have to do it. Think for your self and seek knowledge. That`s why bodybuilding.com is one of my main site out there.
